Overhead Crane Inspector Training

Recertification Training Course: April 17, 2024


In our semi-annual overhead crane inspector training course, we provide detailed information on inspecting top running and underhung cranes, monorails, electric, pneumatic, hand chain and lever hoists.

*Offered twice a year, in the Spring and again in the Fall.

After this course, students will be able to:

  • Evaluate deficiencies and spot safety issues
  • Interpret:
    • Federal Regulations
    • National Standards
    • Crane and Hoist Specifications

Students will be provided with:

  • A 280-page workbook filled with photos, charts and references to relevant standards for every inspection item discussed.
  • A course completion certificate upon completion

Train the Trainer

Next training course: April 15-16, 2024

With our Train the Trainer course, you’ll gain the certification to be able to teach others how to operate cranes. In this hands-on course, you will learn best practices for instructing trainees in safety, maintenance, and operations.
